I actually am not much of a blogger. I'm not sure that my opinion is welcome sometimes. But, I do have a few things to say. Some of them have already been said, I'm sure. I don't pride myself in being an original thinker on most subjects.
1. Our borders need to be secured. I would propose putting up a Berlin-Wall-type structure.
2. Round up every illegal immigrant, their "anchor babies" and families and deport them.
3. Change the policy on allowing Cubans to come here freely and round them up as well. Although, I have to wonder, how hard can it be to for the Coast Guard to capture Cubans before they reach dry land? Okay, so maybe the water's a bit choppy. Let them use tranquilizer guns on the Cubans -- so they can't claim injury -- and round them up in the water!
4. Allow property owners the right to shoot to kill anyone who comes on their property who is suspected of being an illegal immigrant.
Now I suppose someone might comment that none of these things will work.
